4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay or Stripe
• Your subscription will auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice

5. Refund Policy

Since NovalAura sells access to digital content, all subscription fees are non-refundable except in the following cases:

• If our service is rendered inaccessible due to a confirmed platform error for an extended period
• If we are unable to deliver the purchased service as described

All content available on NovalAura — including stories, audiobooks, illustrations, logos, and design elements — is the intellectual property of NovalAura or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Writers retain ownership of their submitted works. By publishing on NovalAura, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute your content on our platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

NovalAura shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to NovalAura at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
